Hello everyone,
I am Hung Trong, the founder of Duallet. I am extremely joyful and proud to share these thoughts with you. Over the past two years, I have dedicated all my time to researching and developing our product, marking a journey full of challenges.
Our team, from Vietnam, faced numerous obstacles in developing a cross-border e-commerce business, from navigating regulatory complexities to overcoming tariffs and production technology barriers. There were moments when I nearly gave up.
However, positive feedback from our users and serene nights spent listening to the ticking of a clock reminded me why I started this journey and reignited my passion and creativity.

Our founding trio—Hung Trong, Ngoc Minh Dang, and Tony Nguyen—set out to create something special with Duallet. Simple sketches were transformed through countless prototypes and meticulous late-night refinements. One of our biggest challenges was perfecting the Smart Trigger & Elastic System to ensure seamless functionality and style, which is critical as we noticed that products on the market often only satisfy one of these aspects. Duallet was born, embodying our shared vision, commitment, and innovation.
After countless hours of brainstorming, prototyping, and testing, we began our journey to create the ultimate wallet—a wallet that combines functionality and style in a seamless unibody design.
The idea behind Duallet was simple: we wanted to create a wallet that could easily accommodate multiple cards and stylishly secure cash, adaptable for various user needs. Our journey was filled with challenges, but the result is a refined, elegant solution that enhances how you carry your essentials.
Please note that shipping fees will be collected separately after the campaign ends through our pledge manager. Shipping for a single item to most countries will be no more than $10, while for packages of 2 items, it will range between $10 and $20. All add-ons qualify for free shipping.
Our logistics team will work to minimize any additional fees upon arrival, but any local customs duties, taxes, or import policies will be the responsibility of the backer. For remote locations, additional delivery charges may apply due to shipping provider policies.

Q: Can I change the colorway after ordering?
A: Yes, in 24h you place the order or as long as your order hasn't shipped (before you receive a tracking number)
Q: Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
A: Of course! Just reach out to us before your order ships and we'll process your refund. Once a tracking number is assigned, we won't be able to cancel the order.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes, your entire payment process is encrypted to ensure safety, so you can use these payment methods with confidence.
All our products come with a two-year warranty from the date of delivery. This covers any manufacturing defects.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 100 days of receiving your order.
Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
Please note; Our leather is authentic and is prone to usage marks, therefore, please be wary when testing our products if you intend to return it. Stretched or scratched leather is not considered suitable for return.

Any returned items received by Duallet without prior notification and approval cannot be processed. Therefore, please always give us prior notice and wait for our approval so that we can help you out efficiently.
Are there any charges on returns?
Returns are free for customers inside the United States.
Customers outside the United States are responsible for returning the package and the cost of shipping.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your item(s) have been returned, please allow 2 - 3 business days for them to be assessed. A member of our staff will then issue your refund and notify you via email. A credit will automatically be applied through the original method of payment within 10 business days.
Q: How should I clean my Duallet Raptor?
A: To clean your Duallet Raptor, simply wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Since it’s made from aircraft-grade aluminum, it’s both durable and resistant to wear. However, to keep it in top shape, avoid exposing it to corrosive liquids, saltwater, or harsh environments like swimming pools.
Q: Does the Duallet Raptor need lubrication after a certain period due to its sliding mechanism?
A: No lubrication is needed—your Duallet Raptor is designed to operate smoothly at all times.
